Hello guys.

I am sorry about that you have had to be waiting for an update about my trip to Canada, but since I came back home to Denmark, I have been busy with a lot of work and preperation for my living situation and economy. But I will update you guys and write the last bit about my trip as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

I arrived in Canada at the 28th of October 2017 where I moved to the town Squamish. I was told that the town was a small one, but for me a small town is a town with like 5000 people living in it, while in Squamish there lives just about 10 times as much. I was also informed about that yhe town was close to Vancouver.... For when a town is close to a city, well then its at maximum 45 min in a car, here you had to drive in over one and a half hour just to get to the city.... So this was a huge thing to get used to. Size in Canada was deffently something else compared to in Denmark.

When I got to Squamish I lived and worked for a family as an aupair, which to begin with was great, but in the beginning of December 2017 I was so unfortunate that I made two smaller scratches in the family car, and then it was over for me, I they told me I had two weeks to get out of the house, because I was not responsible enough to drive. They never told me about the driving laws in Canada or showed me how to drive in a car with automatic gears, and I had told them all about it, so they knew that I was not comftable driving in a new country in a huge car.

So you could say that the beginning of my trip was a nightmare, but hey for me it was a learning experience. So I kept my head high and moved on.

For those of you who do not follow my facebook page as well as here, I have to inform you that I have been sent home to Denmark, only because of some misunderstanding between the immigration and the bordercontroll.

I do not see this as a failure, but as the adventure that it has been. Within these next few days I will talk/write about my trip and what I have seen and eexperienced. And I will talk about all of it, not only the good stufs but also about the bad stuf that I have seen and learned about.

So stay tuned for the updates about my trip.

Hello everyone :)

Today I just had the most awesome experience with impro comedy when it is best. If you have not yet tried it out and you live in Vancouver. Well then you got the chance every tuesday at cafe deux soleils. The Fictional Comedy is an amazing group who just loves doing impro standup, and when they start you just cant get enough of them.

For those of you who do not know what impro standup is, well then I can basicaly tell you that that they get a subject or a theme, and out from that subject or theme they will then act out and make standup of it. Impro stand up is also a great way to become a great actor, since it lets you see things from other perspectives, and you learn to act fast from something you dont have prepared for.

Dont worry I will create a youtube video about impro acting/comedy as well. So just follow me on my youtube channel lifeasanactor, and maybe you can learn a bit about how to challenge your self out from those tips and tricks that I will give you. Or you can experience it live at its greates right here in Vancouver.

If you wanna know more about The Fictional Comedy, then visit them at their webpage or just find them at any socialmedia as well.

Again thank you so much guys for a great evening and I cant wait to see you again.
