A few weeks ago I graduated at Music and Theater Hoejskolen in Tuftlund was one of the biggest and greatest moments in my life. Not only have I trained under some of Denmarks best theater instructors, but they also gave me the chance to go to Oxford Drama school for an audition. Or though I did not get in at the school, it was still an incredibble experince for me.

I got a lot of new friends at the school, but not just friends but more like a new family forever.

Two days after my graduation I went to New York with two of the music teachers and 4 of my schoolmates. It was so fantastic to see how the city has changed over the last 10 years since I was there last. You can follow me on my Instergram if you wanna see all of the pictures from the New York trip.

Im fanaly able to update you guys about the show that we at the music and theater hoejskolen in Toftlund are doing.

We are on a tour with a play called The Little Woods, which is a Norwegian play that has been translated to English. Its a childrens show, which is not meant to be played by kids or showed for kids.... Pain is pain and Joy is joy.

We have made 3 shows so far, and got 3 left on our tour. As soon as I can get in hold of pictures from the show, I will put them up.

Hey guys.

Srry for not updating you for a long time.

In the moment Im studying acting at music and theater hoejskolen in Toftlund in Denmark, which I have been doing since Febuary. A Hoejskole is like a bording school, but where you only are studying one subject, and there is no exams or tests in the end. It has been some intensive months of Hard work, where we have been working on monologs and dialogs. Its so fantastic finaly having an instructor, Who are good, knows what he is doing, and are able to actualy teach you something that you cant learn by your self. Besides working on my monolog, Im working with a awesome partner from Ukraine. She has barely done any theater in her life before she started here, but it feels like she has been doing it her entire life. Besides actors, Im working close together with some of the best young audio engeniers, contempoary circus, singers, Electronic musicians, dancers and "normal" musicians, that I have ever been working with. These people are both students and teachers.

Doing this last weeks time I have been working Hard on monolog/dialog work and mask work. This was really interesting, and something that I can be talking about for hours, since I have never worked with masks in my 13+ years of acting career. School trip to Berlin is on the program now, and when we get home, we have 3 weeks to prepare our final performance and get ready for our tour around Denmark. So Im gonna be busy for the next few weeks, but will try to write a bit more if I can get some time for it between practice and preparing our tour.

As you know 2018 was a crazy year for me, and a lot of things happend, most of it in Canada. But one thing that went crazy was comming back to Dystopia Hounted House as an actor in October Month. When you have been away from something for a long time, and just suddenly returning back incedible!! Its so crazy to see how it has changed since I was working there in early 2017 at their horror run. I played a few different characters this time, one where I had to walk around in a tight spandex outfit and not able to say anything, which is really difficult to work with. As an actor Im used to be able to use my voice and body to do pretty much everything, so only able to use your body language and what ever kind of props you got in the room, and make it work with your co actors, that was something different, but it was an amzing thing to try, learning by doing and figuring out how much you can do without your voice, and still be able to creap the shit out of people, its something I would recomend to all actors to try at least one time. Because you are really learning about yourself and how important that boddy language is.

You can say that working with Dystopia Entertainment has become some kind of a lifestyle for me, working there has given me such a huge experience as an actor, and how you can work with improv. Because Improv is a big thing of your work, since every night is not the same, even if you got lines, you still have to adapt to the flow and the other rooms, figure out how to give the guests the best experience night in and night out.

And 2018 was no different working with new people almost every night, knowing that people looks up to you as one the the "older" peoples there, gives you a huge pressure... and you have to make it work, not knowing 100 % what kind of crew you are going to work with before 1 hour to show start, assist instructors where you can, get into character, make sure that the room is ready, answer questions to the younger people who may not have understood their instructions comepletely... Yup that is basical what you can expect night in and night out as an experienced actor in Dystopia Hounted House, a lot of stress and pressure, but at the same time also a life opertunity to work with some of the greatest upcomming actors, instructors, makeup artists and production crew in Denmark!! Being part of this family is something I would not be without, and it is something I will highly recomend you trying out!!

go to their facebook page

or their webpage

They dont pay me or anything at all to tell you this, but follow them and signup for their auditions when they comes up no matter what kind of creative person you may be, or contact them if you got a skill in something else then acting, makeup or hair because we can use all kinds of people to create awesome events!!

I have just entered a contest via EDU, to go and study at Edith Cowan University in Perth in Australia. If I win this contest I will get a chance to study for one Semester at ECU, which will mean a lot to me, because then I would be able to learn about the business site of creative production, the reason that it will mean a lot to me, is that then I will be able to see the world of theater and film from another prospective then just through the actors eyes. Which basicaly means that I will be able to understand the world of film/theater production from more then one site, learning something that actors normaly not are going to do, since they are only focused on their ways of living, and they do not normaly see the big picture of the entire production. And having a knowledge about the entire thing can not only make me a better actor/comedian but also give me the opertunities to work in the production part as well, which could be an amazing thing to do. And comon doing it in Australia as well... how much more awesome could it be!!!

So I cant wait for the 22.nd of March 2019 to get the answers about if Im going to get a life opertunity in Australia or not.
